I think everyone is viewing 2021 as a do-over of 2020, but especially here at Cohesity we’re all on the exact same wavelength that 2021 is a chance for a fresh start. There were some issues in the past with the culture here and expectations, but management has already done a lot to address all of those. Anyone who stuck around is dedicated to the company’s mission and values and I know I speak for everyone on my team when I say that we’re nothing if not excited to change things around.

The training is excellent and the marketing department runs like a well-oiled machine. I really learned what it meant to be part of a team during my time working in marketing at Cohesity.

The company has an amazing vision with a very strong engineering team. Over the last year have added a strong Sales, product, and biz/development team to complement the engineering team.

I learned so much more than I ever could have expected while working here. It’s a one-of-a-kind work environment that will put you leaps and bounds ahead of the competition in your field after only a few years.
