Learning front technology, excellent industry reputation
I adored my coworkers, almost without exception. There were a lot of passionate, motivated, interesting people there.
Mozilla hires exceptionally talented people. The company is also incredibly accommodating of engineers, with a lighthearted and informal working style that naturally fosters meaningful relationships. Employees are kind and supportive of one another. Many hold deep values that go way beyond their paychecks.
Excellent culture, very respectful, aims at diversity, inclusion. Excellent benefits. Most "at home" I've ever felt working for a company. People here were awesome. I truly enjoyed working with 99. 9% of them.
Mission-driven approach to software development was a refreshing change from the quarterly grind of working for large, public companies. There is a genuine desire to make the world a better place, and most everyone in invested in that.
