The Tech - Weave follows good engineering practices and dedicate a LOT of resources to ensure high quality software development and deployment. This means a generous budget for tooling, services, and equipment. There's also a well-staffed operations group, as well as a dedicated team for internal tooling. Infrastructure is well defined and the deployment process is top-notch, with very little red tape and high trust.
The work is challenging and fast paced. There isn't excessive process when it comes to deployment. It is expected that we take ownership of the software we create.
I never thought I would get the chance to have a job that I actually looked forward to coming to every single day, but Weave proved me wrong. I genuinely believe in the product that I work on here, so all of the work I do feels extremely meaningful and rewarding. My coworkers are easy to get along with and there is a great social atmosphere here. I truly believe the leaders here care about each employee and that I'm not viewed as just a cog in a bigger machine. It's exciting to be part of a company that is growing so quickly and I look forward to working here for many years to come.
Amazing culture with caring people. Plenty of fun perks like free snacks and massage chairs but when it comes down to it this is a company that recognizes that there is more to life than work. They care about their people and are willing to put there money where their mouth is. This translates into things like an unparalleled maternity/paternity package and great health care
