The only good about this job is you only need to put in minimum hours, come in around 11 am and leave before 5 pm. The company is completely careless about personal data of its customers and employees. HR and internal recruiters lie about pay and benefits just to get people onboard. Managers are only interested in self-preservation, disregarding the responsibilities to customers. "As you are paid a salary, you cannot have your principals", I was told.
Great people and culture. Colleagues are supportive and friendly in general. Building is nice. Competitive compensation. Massage provided. Company discounted parking. Depends what team you work at, it can be very professional and supportive or extremely micromanaging you. It may focus on politics and tracks employees activities rather focusing on delivering results and quality. Too many events and surveys. Although they serve good purposes but I feel they are too overwhelming. Too many unnecessary meetings without goals.
Its a great company with a great motive - Enabling people to make Anything !! Very transparent and open communication exists The benefits are good and there are plenty of travel opportunities to exotic locations Career growth is assured and as an individual, we have the opportunity to decide how we would like to advance in career. Organizational restructuring is very common and individuals have to live with the always changing environment.
Nice community feel for an office of this size. Everyone is treated as an equal. Plenty of perks, benefits and company events. Opportunity for travel (depending on role) Very considerate management, open to new ideas and they always listen if you have something important to say. Loads of highly-skilled colleagues to learn from. State-of-the-art equipment. Very comfortable work environment (best in my 17-job career). Most work environments look like a sweatshop by comparison.
