It is readily apparent the company has invested a lot of effort in to building a great, supportive, remote work culture. The flexibility and autonomy offered is wonderful for achieving a work-life balance optimal for your life. The benefits are awesome. The compensation is fair and there appears to be opportunity for growth professionally.
This is your place if you are a WordPress fan. But you could be disillusioned by looking behind the curtain.
Great amount of autonomy, you can take your time to code the right way. The people are very friendly and everything runs very efficiently. Very little amount of meetings, which when it has its very efficient.
Great hiring experience that includes small code assignment and a trial project. Trial project gives you a great overview what your future work will be and how the company works.
