Very transparent and collaborative environment. Partners are coders who work alongside you. Everyone is extremely smart and willing to help and work with you. Every employee has a lot of ownership over their work and can choose to work on what they are interested in. Very good compensation and perks.
Some of the best people I have ever worked work both in terms of talent and personality. Everyone is very passionate about their work. HRT also has some of the most impressive technology and high quality code I have seen. The company is extremely open and collaborative which together encourage a great culture.
I get to spend the majority of my time on real computer science problems. Meetings are rare. Most problems have algorithmic depth in speed, readability and correctness. Many problems are unique to the space and unsolved (or unsolvable without restrictions).
