  • Last touch (date)
  • Status (sent, replied, scheduled, closed)
  • Next step (nudge date, action)
  • Notes (what they care about)

Weekly habit: 3 new touches, 2 follow-ups, 1 give-first action. That’s the 3‑2‑1 cadence.
